My journey in technology began in the early 90s, helping my father in his New York-based computer business. It was there I learned the fundamentals, building and managing computers from both a hardware and software perspective. This early passion grew into a professional career spanning over 20 years<\/strong>, where I\u2019ve progressed from a systems builder through service delivery to high-level systems administration and engineering. Today, my expertise covers the full technological spectrum\u2014from custom gaming PCs and business workstations to complex networking, servers, and cloud platforms like Azure Virtual Desktop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Working for others provides a valuable perspective, and throughout my career, I often found that I understood the customer’s needs more deeply than the management I worked for.
