1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Dragonforged Systems. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you (the “Client” or “user”) and Dragonforged Systems (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website (dragonforged.tech) or purchasing our services or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services and Products
We provide a range of technology services and products, including but not limited to:
- IT Support and Repair: Diagnostics, virus removal, hardware and software repair. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure all important data is backed up before any repair service begins. We are not liable for the loss of data.
- Managed IT Services (MSP): Proactive IT support for businesses. These services are governed by a separate, detailed Managed Services Agreement (MSA) that will be provided to the client.
- Custom-Built Computers: We design and build custom computer systems for gaming and professional use based on the client’s specifications and budget.
3. Quotes, Orders, and Payment
- Quotes: All quotes provided are estimates and are valid for 14 days. Prices for hardware are subject to market availability and may change.
- Payment for Custom-Built Computers: A non-refundable deposit is required to purchase components and begin the build process. The final balance is due upon completion of the build, prior to delivery or pickup.
- Payment for Services: Payment for IT support and repair services is due upon completion of the service.
4. Warranties
- Labor Warranty: We provide a 90-day warranty on the labor for all repairs and custom builds. This covers issues directly related to our workmanship.
- Component Warranty: All new hardware components are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranties. We will assist you in processing any warranty claims, but the manufacturer is solely responsible for the repair or replacement of faulty components.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Custom-Built Computers: Due to the personalized nature of custom-built computers, they are non-refundable once parts have been ordered and the build process has begun. The initial deposit is non-refundable.
- Services: Fees for IT services are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Dragonforged Systems be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any and all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product or service.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the logo, text, graphics, and branding, is the exclusive property of Dragonforged Systems and is protected by copyright law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated. Your continued use of our site and services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
